Liturgies
In addition to the Major Feasts, the Holy Liturgies are held on Sundays and St Michael’s and St Mary’s day (12th and 21st of the Ge’ez calendar of every month respectively).
Holy Matrimony, Christening and Prayer Services:
These services are provided to members of our Church with accordance to The Eritrean Orthodox Tewahdo’s Dogma and Canon. All are welcome and to make an appointment and arrange a service do please contact our priests.
Sunday School & Bible Study
A range of bible study classes for children from the age of 4 all the way until 18 and for any adult who wants to join, enjoy and explore the teachings of the Eritrean Orthodox Tewahdo Church after the Sunday Liturgy.

Hymn Classes
These classes teach the fundamental hymns of the Eritrean Orthodox Tewahdo Church ) as well as providing the opportunity to learn how to sing and lead as one choir group.
Saturday School
These classes mainly designed for children in both primary and secondary education take place on Saturdays.
Church Cleaning
Every fortnight Wednesdays a group of members volunteer their time and give the Church a deep cleansing, It’s a chance for people to communicate and socialise whilst keeping the house of the Lord clean.
Wednesday Phone Bible Study
Join us for an enriching Bible study at our church every Wednesday evening using your phone. Engage in meaningful discussions, share insights, and delve deeper into scripture from the comfort of your home. Experience the fellowship and spiritual growth as we gather virtually to explore the teachings of the Bible together.
Pre-Servants
These classes are aimed at youth wanting to become servants in the future (Deacons and Priests).

NO, The Church requires that the Godparent be an Orthodox Tewahdo Christian in good standing; there are no exceptions to this rule. The priest can help couples in the selection of godparents if needed.
